CONSULTATION 

All new clients must attend an initial consultation prior to any treatment.

Consultations include- medical history, skin assessment and discussion of goals. It is important to maintain integrity during this to ensure the appropriate treatment is given and suitable products are used.

Some treatments may require a patch test before proceeding.

RUNNING LATE

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at BEAUTÉ LONDON and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, in which case will require another deposit. If you are running late, kindly let us know so we can minimise any disruption to our staff and other clients.

NEED TO CANCEL?

We understand that things happen. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment time, we’ll do our best to fit you into the next available slot, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, you will lose your deposit.
